谋求进入中国的谷歌曾投资265，希望265为谷歌引导流量。与此类似，2004年8月，谷歌在中国的竞争对手百度已以1190万人民币和4万股百度股票的代价收购了网址导航站hao123。
6月3日消息称谷歌(Google)已完成对网址导航站265.com的收购。
目前此事并未得到相关人士证实，但查询265.com域名的whois信息已经于5月31变更为Google的相关信息。此前一直传闻Google收购265，但双方均否认。
265.COM由蔡文胜创建于2003年5月，曾获得IDG VC投资。2005年底，谋求进入中国的谷歌曾投资265，希望265为谷歌引导流量。与此类似，2004年8月，谷歌在中国的竞争对手百度已以1190万人民币和4万股百度股票的代价收购了网址导航站hao123。
